I can work with descriptions. If you don't have a reference, don't worry, describe your idea to me as accurately as possible. But it will be easier for us to understand each other if you send the necessary references.

After we arrange the details of your commission, I add you to the queue. I note you when I can work on your commission OR if I don't have a queue right now, I'll take your order immediately.

I will let you know immediately after payment when I can send you a sketch for approval. This usually happens 0-3 days after the payment date.

I work on 100% prepayment. In some cases, I can agree to a partial prepayment.

DEADLINE IS ALWAYS 30 DAYS. IN RARE CASES, IT IS DISCUSSED SEPARATELY. UPD.: Because of situation in my country, in some cases, the deadline can be up. This is to be discussed separately.

Urgent orders are subject to an additional charge.

I provide discounts on orders and YCH`s for my regular customers. You are considered my regular customer if you have commissioned me or bought a YCH from me more than 3 times. Please note - this is only for commissions and YCH!

To get the regular customer discount, please confirm that you have at least three pieces of art from me. You can attach links to the finished art or any other proof. I really do try to remember all my regular customers, but I can ask you to prove it, please understand!

Discount for regular customers is 10% of your order. If you order 10 or more works the discount is 15% - we really want to work with each other and enjoy it, so show up more often ;)

I will send you every stage of the work.

At what stages can you make edits: sketch - yes, any; color sketch - yes, any; line + color - color/light and detail changes are allowed; final - minor edits are allowed with my approval

Feel free to ask for an edit on acceptable stages! It is in our common interest to do a wonderful peace of art!

You can ask not to send intermediate stages, so the final will be a surprise. In this case, the edits will not be accepted.

Do not copy, trace, recolor, or use as bases any of my works!

All rights to the drawing remain with me. I have the right to post a drawing on my online resources and use it as an example in my portfolio.

If you want to use my drawings for commercial purposes, please let me know. The details of such cooperation are discussed separately.

If you need a private order that I won't be posting on my online resources and using in my portfolio, you should discuss it. The margin for such an order is 100$.

Each force majeure is negotiated separately. I keep my clients up to date, and if anything goes wrong, I'll let you know.

If force majeure occurs on your part, please also notify me.

Refunds are made in the following cases:: if I do not have the opportunity to do this work; if you change your mind at the initial stage (only part of the money will be refunded).

I work with high resolution and customers will receive artwork in .png format with original resolution. If you want to print your art or use it for specific purposes, tell me, I will send you all the necessary formats and resolutions.

I will upload finished work on various resources. I will always tag you as a customer.

Customer has the right to upload my work on any resource. Feel free to share it everywhere and credit me!

I can not accept your order without explaining the reasons.

All cases not described in this ToS are resolved individually with the customer.
